[Installation Case] 'Swan Food' Shichirin Yakiniku Restaurant
We will introduce examples of installation at a charcoal grill yakiniku and Korean fusion restaurant.
This is a case study of a charcoal grill restaurant that opened on December 5, 2015. On the first floor, we installed a counter-specific type of "Swan Food" at the counter seats, which received positive feedback for allowing ample space to work. The second-floor seating features raised tatami areas, and the exhaust system is equipped with a one-shot food setup. To accommodate large groups, we changed the table arrangement from horizontal to vertical, allowing us to adjust the position of the intake by swapping the head part of the one-shot food system as needed.
