This is an intelligent product that controls the chilled and hot water for building air conditioning using a proportional valve (flow control valve) and a heat meter (flow measurement + water temperature measurement). It is used for controlling chilled and hot water around air conditioning units, fan coils, and heat exchangers. 【Features of Flow Control】 - In traditional valve opening control, the controlled flow rate varies even at the same opening due to fluctuations in the inlet pressure of the valve. - Flow control measures the flow rate at the measurement section, allowing it to be unaffected by fluctuations in the inlet pressure of the valve. For example, it eliminates the need for complicated pressure balance adjustments in piping systems on different floors, such as high-rise and low-rise levels.

【Product Features/Functions】 - Maximum control flow rates can be individually set even for control valves of the same diameter. - In addition to flow control, heat quantity control can also be performed if necessary. - Monitoring of cold and hot water conditions (instantaneous flow) (instantaneous heat quantity) (supply temperature) (return temperature) (temperature difference). - Accumulation of heat quantity used for cold and hot water is also possible. (This product is not a specific measuring instrument.) - Communication with upper-level controllers (Modbus/BACnet) is possible. - Control functions for energy saving. (Lower limit for temperature difference) (Control flow limit). - Various diameters are available from 15A to 100A.
