At Century Medical, Inc., we have implemented kintone as a sales activity management tool, registering all visit schedules and activity records for hospitals and agencies in the kintone app. However, we faced challenges with the integration with Outlook, which we use for schedule management, making it cumbersome for sales representatives to keep track of their activities. To address this, we introduced 'ASTERIA Warp Core' and utilized its built-in scheduler function to synchronize both systems at 30-minute intervals.
