We would like to introduce a case study of the "ASTERIA Warp Core" implemented at Tokuyoshi Seiki Co., Ltd. As the company does not have an IT department, there were many paper-based manual tasks, and employees were spending a lot of time on simple operations such as order processing, making it difficult to secure time for skill development and planning tasks. Therefore, the product was introduced. As a result, there were zero changes in delivery dates due to delays in order processing, and customer satisfaction improved.
