[Case Study] Linked with WinActor. Achieving complete automation of operations and realizing RPA!

We would like to introduce a case study of "ASTERIA Warp" implemented at Forval Telecom Co., Ltd. The company had been automating its BtoC business order processing and payment operations with this product for the past five years, as manual processing was insufficient. However, due to subsequent business growth, the volume of miscellaneous manual tasks, which had previously been considered not significant enough to systematize, expanded, leading to a normalization of excessive overtime. As a result, they decided to automate operations using RPA and compared and examined multiple RPA tools, ultimately adopting WinActor for its simple UI. As a result, they achieved complete automation of operations by automating front-end tasks with WinActor and back-end tasks with this product, linking the two together.
