[Case Study] Automating conventional manual tasks significantly reduces overtime and weekend work!

We would like to introduce a case study of "ASTERIA Warp Core" implemented at K-HO Co., Ltd. In the company's career guidance and university tour programs, all main communications with high schools, universities, and vocational schools, such as brochures, participation requests, and notifications of confirmed items, were conducted via fax. Staff had to create Excel files, print them out, and handwrite the addresses one by one before sending them, which placed a significant burden on the internal staff. Therefore, we introduced this product. As a result, by automatically generating Excel files with the guidance date and addresses, we significantly reduced the amount of handwritten work.
