**What is the DX Certification System?** The DX Certification System is a program established by the government to certify companies that comply with the basic principles of the "Digital Governance Code" based on the "Act on the Promotion of Information Processing." The Independent Administrative Institution Information-Technology Promotion Agency (IPA) serves as the "DX Certification System Office," handling various consultations, inquiries, and certification examination tasks related to this system. **Our Company's DX Certification Initiatives** - **Enhancing Sales Activities** To enhance all activities from proposals to support by sales personnel at the forefront of customer contact, our company will renew and strengthen its system infrastructure centered around the core system. - **Transforming Sales Activities through Digital Marketing** In response to the rapid adoption of online events and webinars due to COVID-19, our company will practice lead nurturing through digital means by providing ICT information and product information via the web and newsletters to leads gathered from events. - **Proposing DX Promotion to Local Communities** Our company will contribute to improving the management capabilities of local private enterprises and promoting DX across the entire local industry (tourism, agriculture, forestry, and fisheries) in Niigata Prefecture.
