Chiyoda Resilient Board for Shear Walls
This is a gypsum board that has increased strength compared to hard gypsum board.
This product has increased the amount of glass fiber added to the rigid gypsum board, enhancing its strength, and is suitable for shear walls in wooden houses (frame construction and 2x4 houses). It uses dedicated screws (TG) and has obtained individual certification for a wall strength ratio of 2.6 in wooden frame construction (floor-supported specification) and a wall strength ratio of 2.2 in framed wall construction.
