During a fire, the crystalline water contained in the board turns into steam, helping to suppress temperature rise and prevent the spread of flames. ● Earthquake Resistance By securing the board across the entire wall surface, it contributes to improved earthquake resistance by absorbing the forces of earthquakes and winds. ● Dimensional Stability The dimensional changes due to water absorption are smaller compared to typical wood-based materials, providing excellent dimensional stability. It is less likely to warp even in high humidity environments, preventing issues after installation.
