The survey revealed that the most serious industry issue perceived by site supervisors and managers is "labor shortage," at 63.3%. Additionally, 65.5% of site supervisors and managers expressed concern about a potential decrease in jobs due to lack of digitalization, which was the second highest after design at 69.9%.
