Towards reducing CO2 emissions at construction sites through the utilization of B100 fuel and the establishment of a resource recycling process ◆Replacing diesel fuel with B100 fuel Obayashi Corporation announced on July 13 that it will conduct a demonstration experiment using 100% biodiesel fuel (hereinafter referred to as B100 fuel), refined from used cooking oil, as fuel for construction machinery in the construction work for the Kansai Expo to be held in 2025. The company aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 46.2% in Scope 1+2 by fiscal year 2030 compared to fiscal year 2019.
