The construction period of system buildings, which can be shortened, has been further reduced by 25%, and the number of units sold has increased to 159% compared to the previous year. ◆ In-house developed system buildings are progressing smoothly Nippon Steel Trading System Building Co., Ltd. announced on August 1 that the number of units sold in its "NEO" series of system buildings has risen to 159% compared to the previous year. The company develops system buildings for factories, warehouses, and stores in-house. Currently, it sells three series: "TiO," "TREO," and "NEO," achieving annual sales of 200 units and a cumulative total of over 4,500 units. In particular, the "NEO" series can shorten the construction period by about 25%, which has led to the increase in the number of units sold to 159% compared to the previous year. Launched in April 2019, the "NEO" series offers high standardization and flexibility, with a wide variety of structural options. It can accommodate two-story buildings and, due to its high floor load capacity, can be used for warehouses and factories that require heavy loads on the second floor. In April 2021, a more flexible design option called "NEO-Grid" was also released. *For more details, please check the related product information below.
