A publication that encourages thinking and learning about "forests" to address social issues has received high praise at the "Japan Regional Information Content Awards." ◆ Disseminating sustainability-related information The booklet "Shinrin" published by Nikken Sekkei Construction Management Co., Ltd. received the Kengo Kuma Special Award for Excellence and the Excellent Award in the Corporate Magazine category at the "Japan Regional Information Content Awards 2023" ceremony held on November 28. "Shinrin" was launched in 2021 as a medium for considering and learning about "forests" in relation to solving social issues. Since 2022, it has been available as a digital book on the company's website, and six issues have been published to date. In 2023, the "Shinrin" website was established, providing diverse content based on the booklet articles and linking with social media to continuously disseminate information aimed at cultivating a new forest culture.
