At Shimizu Corporation's construction sites, inspections before the completion of construction and post-construction inspection work are carried out, but the locations for these tasks include underground pits that pose a risk of oxygen deficiency and high places that require scaffolding. As a safety measure for these hazardous inspection tasks, Shimizu Corporation has been focusing on drones for some time and has been considering in-house development.
