◆Acquisition of 3 office buildings and 4 residences On December 23, 2022, Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tokyo Tatemono) announced that seven real estate properties developed by the company have obtained the "DBJ Green Building Certification." The breakdown of the seven properties includes 3 office buildings and 4 residences. ◆Tokyo Tatemono Shijo Karasuma Building EAST receives 4 stars Tokyo Tatemono is engaged in initiatives toward a decarbonized society and has obtained the "DBJ Green Building Certification," established by the Development Bank of Japan, for a total of 16 properties it has developed and owns, which are recognized for their consideration of environmental and social factors. The seven properties acquired in the fiscal year 2022 include three office buildings: Tokyo Tatemono Shijo Karasuma Building EAST, Shijo Karasuma FT Square, and Tokyo Tatemono Umeda Building, as well as four residences: Brillia ist Machiya, Brillia ist Shibuya Honmachi, Brillia ist Ueno, and Brillia ist Akabane. Among these, the Tokyo Tatemono Shijo Karasuma Building EAST received 4 stars for its exceptionally high level of "consideration for the environment and society." The other six properties also received 3 stars.
