Jointed truss materials that solve labor cost issues on large-span construction sites.
The simple design with a small number of parts allows for easy assembly with fewer workers. It achieves excellent cost performance on sites that require large spans.
In construction sites where large spans are required, a significant amount of labor is needed, resulting in very high costs. However, by using Central Built Industry's joint-type truss material for large spans, "Multi Truss B," it is possible to achieve substantial cost reductions, such as lowering labor costs and shortening construction periods, in sites that require large spans for "temporary roofs," "work stages," and "temporary walkways." "Multi Truss B" is lightweight, has fewer components, and features a simple design that allows for easy assembly with minimal labor by inserting pins to use it as a unit. Currently, we are offering materials with case studies. Please download the PDF below.
basic information
【Assembly】 ■ Longitudinal (Span) Direction - Cover the direct joint with the pin holes provided at both ends of the upper and lower frame members, and attach 4 multi-pins at one location. ■ Row (Width) Direction - Horizontal Plane - Attach each brace to the brace pins provided on the upper and lower frame members. - Vertical Plane - For B-12, use X mounting bolts and nuts in the pin holes provided on the frame bundle, and for B-6, use fastening hardware on the upper and lower frame members to attach the anti-tipping brace.
