PERSOL launches a training-based dispatch service for "Archicad" engineers.
[News 2023/8/18] Persol Tempstaff and Graphisoft Japan collaborate to address the labor shortage in the construction industry.
◆Support for BIM Promotion Persol Tempstaff Co., Ltd. announced on August 7 that it will collaborate with Graphisoft Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Graphisoft Japan), which provides the BIM software "Archicad," to launch a dispatch service for training Archicad engineers. Through this service, the aim is to produce 300 BIM engineers by the end of fiscal year 2028, contributing to the promotion of BIM in Japan and addressing the labor shortage in the construction industry. ◆Free Intermediate-Level Training Offered The company has been training BIM engineers, but challenges have arisen in ensuring a smooth supply of personnel and expanding the companies that receive dispatched staff. With this new service, the company will partner with Graphisoft Japan to develop a training curriculum that cultivates immediately usable talent and will also work on expanding the companies that receive dispatched staff. The training curriculum ranges from beginner to advanced levels; however, this time, the intermediate-level training will be conducted by instructors with extensive practical experience, and prior completion of the beginner-level course is mandatory. The service is available to registered staff of the company who meet certain conditions, such as being job seekers or having operational experience in the construction industry, and the course fee is free.
