◆The general contractor and subcontractor can confirm the same data MC Data Plus announced on August 8 that it has added a "Monthly Work Performance Aggregation" feature to its on-site construction management service "Work Site," aimed at streamlining the billing operations of subcontractors. With this feature, both the general contractor and subcontractor can view the same monthly aggregation screen based on the approved daily reports from the general contractor. Additionally, since manual discrepancies and the need to transcribe original data are eliminated, the workload for corrections can be reduced. Furthermore, if there are discrepancies between the registered content and actual performance, deficiencies can be confirmed on the same screen, eliminating the need to investigate the causes of the discrepancies. ◆Background of development related to the motivation of subcontractors due to digitalization Until now, even when both the general contractor and subcontractor were working on the cloud, it was impossible for them to view the same daily reports or aggregations on the same screen. Especially during billing operations, the administrative staff of subcontractors could not use the existing "Monthly Labor Aggregation" feature, so they had to manually aggregate the data and then confirm it with the general contractor via email or other means. As a result, even if subcontractors digitized their daily report registrations, they faced the inconvenient situation of being unable to utilize the data afterward, which could lower their motivation to use Work Site.
