Filtration system for carpet cleaning wastewater
Effective for surfactants as well. It can aggregate and precipitate harmful substances from carpet cleaning wastewater, enabling wastewater treatment in compliance with sewer regulations and other standards.
Our company provides a 'filtration system' that transforms wastewater generated from carpet cleaning into clean water. We use coagulants and filtration filters that are effective against surfactants. This allows for the efficient coagulation and filtration of cleaning wastewater with high BOD, COD, and SS levels. The sediment is treated as industrial waste, but the volume of wastewater can be reduced to 1/300 to 500. 【Features】 ■ Addresses various pollutants including surfactants ■ Significantly reduces BOD, COD, and normal hexane levels ■ Treated water complies with the Sewerage Act and the Water Pollution Control Act ■ Contributes to the operational efficiency and cost reduction for carpet cleaning businesses and facility managers *For more details, please refer to the materials. basic information
【System Flow】 1. Collection of Wash Water Collect wastewater in a container of 70-80L. 2. Addition of Coagulant and Stirring Add 15-30g of coagulant to 10L according to the amount in the container. Adjust the amount added while checking the coagulation effect. 3. Sedimentation (Leave for 1-5 minutes) Leave it until the coagulant settles and the supernatant becomes clear. 4. Transfer to Receiving Tank Fix the pump in a location where the settled coagulant will not be sucked in and transfer it to the receiving tank. The remaining sediment should be collected at the end using sandbags or similar (to be disposed of as industrial waste). 5. Water Transfer from Receiving Tank to Filtration Filter After venting the filtration device, proceed with filtration. 6. Filtration Complete *For more details, please refer to the materials.
