Additionally, manual measurement tasks take a lot of time, placing a burden on the site. 【AI Solution】 - By simply photographing the rebar with a Surface Pro (Windows tablet with a built-in camera), we can instantly and automatically measure the number of rebars, rebar diameter, and rebar spacing using image analysis and AI technology, allowing for real-time confirmation. - Only a short rod tape needs to be set up as preparation, enabling one person to conduct the rebar inspection, reducing the time required for a single inspection by about 70%. Moreover, as measurement and report creation are done automatically, human errors can also be reduced. - This significantly simplifies traditional inspection procedures, allowing for reduced work time and personnel.

1. Simply arrange markers and rod tape for photography. - For measurement preparation, place red markers (color magnets) at the four corners of the area to be measured and arrange the rod tape within that area. - The simple screen layout allows for easy operation and measurement. - The number of rebar, spacing, diameter, and lap length can be measured. 2. Measurement of cover thickness is possible using a dedicated jig. - By inserting a dedicated jig between the floor or wall and the rebar, cover thickness can also be measured. 3. The computer used for photography and measurement is completed with Surface Pro. - The Surface Pro, weighing less than 1 kg, allows for easy use from photography to measurement. 4. Monthly subscription allows for short-term use on a monthly basis. - The app itself is provided as a subscription. - Rental of Surface Pro devices with the app installed and jigs for cover thickness measurement is also available. 5. Outputs SVG images compliant with J-COMSIA standards for electronic delivery construction photographs. - SVG images that comply with J-COMSIA's standards for "layering construction photographs," "credibility verification functions," and "small blackboard information linkage functions" are output as measurement results.
