Ohtaka Construction has been promoting construction DX by recreating civil engineering sites in the metaverse. Given its headquarters in a heavy snowfall area, the company initiated the development of a simulator aimed at training snow removal operators and requested cooperation from Crittec Industries, with whom they had established a friendly relationship through social media. There were significant challenges in snow removal operations, as there was a risk of damage to the telescopic device from the snowplow's shovel or injury to operators due to sudden stops of the vehicle.
