A construction method that simultaneously suppresses the entrapment of mud and outflow issues in weak clay layers.
In soft clay layers, there are many cases where mud mixes in during concrete placement, leading to a decrease in pile strength and variations in quality. The Reseau fond Pier method prevents the inclusion of soil and impurities by covering the outside of the pile rebar cage with a Resonfon net, ensuring that the concrete is securely retained. The chemical fiber net demonstrates high retention power while being permeable, and it also excels in workability. Since it can be applied simply by adding it to conventional methods, it allows for quality improvement while minimizing the burden on the site.
