We are committed to building high quality through technology and inheritance, handling precision electronic components, and establishing systems and facilities to ensure stable quality while accumulating knowledge.

Quality Control of Individual Parts Memory, storage media, power units, and expansion cards incorporated into maintenance-targeted equipment are managed for part number information, version, and quality on an individual part basis. The quality of storage media that retains data is particularly important. Our company has customized and implemented inspection equipment for storage media to enhance the initial recovery rate from failures for long-term use.

The equipment information and maintenance registration information provided by customers for quotation requests are treated as confidential information. We inquire about inventory not only by model and product name but also at the part number and type number level, and allocate maintenance parts accordingly. The accuracy of the registration information supports a high initial recovery rate during failures.

Even during the pandemic, we handle meetings remotely. We will also adjust to customize maintenance schemes and response flows for each system in relation to the maintenance of critical systems. We respond meticulously to details such as the method of parts deployment, the unit of delivery, access to and from the data center, and the reporting method for maintenance work, building individual flows. This enhances the quality of service and reduces the operational burden on the systems.

Always secure disk inventory. Adjustments are made to match the storage sector length, and a rich stockpile is maintained, with ample replacement parts deployed to prepare for failures. The abundant stock increases trust in maintenance services.

In preparation for future maintenance targets and consumption due to failures, we are working daily to receive the necessary quantities and to carry out maintenance and inspections.

Equipped with a lab environment, we conduct pre-rehearsals as verification tests for hardware combinations such as replacement procedures, HBAs (Host Bus Adapters), and SAN switches in critical system maintenance, striving to improve initial recovery rates and expand the range of maintenance-targeted equipment.
