Concrete joint treatment agent
A joint treatment agent that can uniformly remove laitance and weak areas after concrete placement. Registered with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, NETIS registration number KT-230100-VE.
The "Sika Lugazole" concrete joint treatment agent delays the setting and hardening of the surface layer of concrete by being sprayed or applied to the concrete surface, making it easier and more uniform to remove laitance and weak areas with high-pressure washers. The alkaline thickening type "Sika Lugazole-919 UR," which is a super delay type, allows for washing out up to three days later, enabling work processes that span two days over the weekend, contributing to work style reform. Additionally, it can be applied to sloped surfaces with gradients of about 5%, and due to its resistance to being washed away by bleeding water, it can be immediately sprayed after rough leveling of the concrete, which is expected to improve work efficiency.
basic information
- It can easily and uniformly remove laitance and weak areas from concrete joint surfaces. - By delaying only the thin layer of the concrete surface, the time constraints for the removal of laitance and weak areas are reduced. - The variation in the tensile strength of concrete joints is also minimized, achieving results equal to or better than chipping treatment. - It is less likely to be washed away by sloped surfaces or bleeding water, improving work efficiency.
