The Techmat, equipped with 1024 independent sensor points, can accurately map the pressure distribution of elderly individuals with millimeter precision. It continuously monitors the posture and pressure state of seniors in bed 24/7. When the pressure time on specific areas exceeds a set duration, it alerts staff to encourage repositioning, thereby preventing pressure ulcers. The Techmat identifies behaviors that pose a fall risk by detecting real-time changes in posture as seniors get up from bed or shift between sitting and lying down. When high-risk actions, such as getting up, are detected, an alarm notification is triggered instantly.
