JECA Fair 2026 74th Electrical Construction Industry Exhibition Will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from May 27 (Wednesday) to May 29 (Friday), 2025. The "Waterproof Sleeve for Underground Exterior Walls - Pipe-in-Sleeve," which was submitted by Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd., has been awarded the "Encouragement Award from the Japan Electrical Construction Association." "Innovation in Underground Beam Sleeve Construction!" We deliver a PVC sleeve with a pre-treated "waterproofing" process applied in the factory, integrated with electrical conduits (E-Flex) in a prefabricated state. At the construction site, there is no need for troublesome "waterproofing," and after installation, only joint connections are required, improving work efficiency and achieving "labor-saving." Furthermore, it provides stable waterproof performance for flood prevention and water resistance construction! It enhances the waterproof performance of buildings, balancing work efficiency and construction quality! A new innovative product for the underground beam sleeve construction is about to be released! Introducing the upgraded version of the "Pipe-in-Sleeve" that you have come to love! "Pipe-in-Sleeve T-type," abbreviated as PIS-T. The T-type features a "water drainage PVC flange" welded with the same material (PVC) to the outer layer of the conventional PIS PVC sleeve. This method serves as an alternative to the ring-shaped or band-shaped water-stopping material on the outer circumference of the PVC sleeve, responding to the strong requests from construction companies.
