[Flow for Understanding Odor Situation] ● Odor Monitoring ● - Odor Monitoring: The quality and intensity of odors are monitored using the sense of smell of an odor judge. - Field Mapping: While monitoring odors, we visit factories and facilities to create a distribution map of odor generation, noting the quality and intensity of the odors. ● Odor Index Measurement ● - At the identified odor sources clarified through field surveys, the odor index is measured using the "three-point comparison odor bag method" as per the Odor Control Law. ● Calculation of Odor Emission Intensity (OER) ● - The odor emission intensity (OER) is calculated from the measured odor index and exhaust air volume, clarifying the priority of odor countermeasures. ● Measurement of Odor Component Concentration ● - To formulate specific deodorization measures, qualitative and quantitative analysis of problematic odor components is conducted. ● Analysis of Odor Component Content Ratio ● - The ratio of malodorous components in the exhaust is clarified from the concentration of odor components. ● Proposal of Accurate Countermeasures ● - We propose accurate countermeasures tailored to the customer's equipment situation and the generated odors. ● Odor Dispersion Simulation ● - Simulations predicting odor dispersion before and after implementing odor countermeasures are conducted.
