When in use, it is stored in a waterproof case rated IPX7, making it suitable for a wide range of tough environments such as construction, civil engineering, and surveying. Even when stored in the waterproof case, each button on the intercom can be pressed, allowing for reliable operation even while wearing gloves. The microphone features a cancellation function that enables clear voice communication even in strong wind conditions, such as during work at high altitudes.
