It is a speaker + microphone used for installing the Mobile Create IP radio (iMESH) IM-550 in a vehicle. It is used in combination with the IM-550 and the vehicle cradle IM-5A-009. It connects to the modular connector on the front of the vehicle cradle. The power for the handheld microphone IM-5A-010 is supplied from the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
