The SK-M59 (SKM59) is a tie-pin microphone and earphone (detachable) made by Smart Wave Telecommunications. It is an earphone microphone for IP radios produced by Smart Wave. You can transmit audio by pressing the PTT button on the side of the microphone. It is an omnidirectional microphone, so it picks up sound from all directions. The microphone section comes with a 360-degree rotating metal tie-pin clip, allowing you to attach it to your collar or chest. It includes an earphone with a hook (SK-E59, 2.5φ, approximately 50cm), and the hook is removable.
