The GDR4800 is a digital simple radio (registered station) that can be used immediately by anyone without a license. With simple operation by just pressing a button, it delivers clear audio to the entire group. With a maximum output of 5W, it covers a wider area than specific low-power radios, making it ideal for communication in large outdoor spaces or at distant locations. Its IP67 fully waterproof and dustproof structure allows for safe use in rainy events, outdoor work, and dusty environments. It features 32,767 secret communication options to prevent interference and eavesdropping, as well as 511 user codes (UC) for stable communication. The time lag typical of digital radios has been significantly reduced, enabling clear calls with high real-time capability. It also includes a noise-canceling function that makes it easy to hear even in noisy environments, as well as a voice guide function that announces the channel. The included battery (MLB-001) allows for approximately 14 hours of continuous use. *This is based on a ratio of 5 for transmission, 5 for reception, and 90 for standby.
