Visit to the Philippines' OCD

Our representative, Fujii, visited the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) in the Philippines and had a discussion about disaster prevention with Director Ariel. He mentioned that, like Japan, the Philippines suffers from many flood-related damages, and that measures to mitigate flood damage should be addressed promptly. We will continue to exchange opinions and work towards reducing flood damage in both countries.
