We conducted a leak test for Flood Guard F in our company's test pool. <<Test Subjects>> - 2 units of FZ50 - 1 unit of FT50 - 1 unit of FG50 - 1 unit of FGL50 ~Test Procedure~ Fill with fresh water up to a water level of 51 cm and adjust to maintain that level. After visually confirming the stability of the water level, hold it for more than one minute. Then, after the leak amount stabilizes, collect the leak water from the drainage outlet for one minute. Perform the collection for one minute three times, calculate the average leak amount from the mass of the collected leak water, and convert it to an hourly rate to determine the leak amount. *Although JIS standards do not apply to simple stop plates, we follow the JIS 4716-10 test procedure to maintain consistency and fairness in testing. However, unnecessary operations for the simple stop plates (such as measuring operating force using push-pull gauges, torque wrenches, etc.) will be omitted.
