The insulation volume per Replus board is listed by product type, so please use it for calculations when applying for subsidies. The acceptance of renovation grant applications (including reservations) will begin on June 30. In conjunction with this, related materials such as the grant application guidelines have been published.

Products for wall and ceiling use with gypsum boards, as well as items for RC construction renovations, have been added to the listings released last year. New construction examples have also been added, which can be used to propose ideas to customers considering renovations. Please utilize the subsidies from the Mirai Eco Housing 2026 project for proposals on insulation renovations combined with water area and window improvements.

We would like to introduce a case where we utilized subsidies from the Child-Rearing Green Project to carry out insulation renovations using the insulation board "Replus Board." This is a wooden two-story house built 41 years ago in Sapporo City, Hokkaido. The first-floor flooring uses "Ractee" with a thickness of 105mm. The first-floor Japanese-style room and the second-floor Japanese-style room use "Replus Board" with an insulation thickness of 45mm for the walls and ceilings. As a successor project to the Child-Rearing Green Business, subsidies for the construction of energy-efficient homes and support for energy-efficient home renovations have been announced. The Housing Energy Efficiency 2026 Campaign, a collaboration among three ministries, has strengthened support for housing energy efficiency with a supplementary budget of 378 billion yen for fiscal year 2025. Construction that begins on or after November 28, 2025, will be eligible, and a key change to note is that the condition for starting new construction is now based on the commencement of foundation work. The total budget for new construction and the subsidy amount per unit have also been reduced. In the Future Eco Housing 2026 project, which only targets renovations, eligible homes are limited to those that do not meet the energy efficiency standards set in 1999 prior to renovation. Due to the enforcement of the revised Building Standards Act in April 2025, the content of the building confirmation application documents has changed, leading to longer periods for building confirmation approvals due to deficiencies in the application documents. As a countermeasure, the provision of this support service has begun.
