Hot spring use Fuji PP pipe
Polypropylene pipes with excellent characteristics as high-temperature drainage pipes are newly introduced for hot spring use!
Polypropylene is a thermoplastic resin with a stereoregular molecular structure, possessing many excellent properties. Its superiority is recognized in films, molded products, and sheets, and it has been re-evaluated as an environmentally clean material that does not emit toxic gases during waste incineration. The product that utilizes this characteristic is Fuji Polyren PP. Additionally, we also offer Fuji GRP pipes, which are reinforced with glass fibers for higher strength and reduced thermal expansion coefficients. By combining our long-standing expertise in hot spring piping developed through Fuji Pipe with the properties of polypropylene pipes, we will meet needs that conventional products could not address.
basic information
【Features】 ■ Adoption of electric fusion method (no need to scrape the pipe fusion surface) Can be reliably constructed by anyone using a dedicated controller ■ Lightweight and easy to handle Weighs 1/8 of steel pipes, lighter compared to our Fuji Pipe, and with a standard length of 4m, making transportation and construction in mountainous areas or narrow spaces easy ■ Excellent corrosion resistance Among many thermoplastic resin pipes, it excels in corrosion resistance and can be used for a long time ■ Flexibility and earthquake resistance The fusion joint integrates the pipe and fitting, eliminating any disconnection or leakage at the joint 【Recommended Usage Conditions】 ◎ Normal operating temperature: 60℃ ◎ Normal operating pressure: 0.4 MPa *Varies depending on pipe diameter, usage environment, etc.
