"TF Lock" was developed to install the male side of a threaded dowel bar on the joint surface of concrete pavement. It has already been patented. It reduces the burden on workers who have to work in a difficult bent-over posture when attaching the male side of the dowel bar. By simply attaching it to the tip of an impact tool, both rebar and round steel can rotate.
