Recently, Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd. has launched the industry's first variable spacer for power cable protective tubes "SFVP," which allows for three adjustable separation distances, starting from May 30, 2025. This spacer is designed for underground transmission of renewable energy. The variable spacer can set the separation distance in three stages, from 250mm to 350mm, allowing adjustments to avoid unexpected obstacles that may arise during installation.
