A silicone-based large-capacity jumbo gel that provides high waterproof insulation performance to electrical connections simply by mixing and injecting.
Jumbo Gel is a two-component silicone gel that cures at room temperature. Before curing, it is a liquid similar to insulating oil, allowing it to fill gaps, and after curing, it becomes a flexible silicone that can be disassembled by hand. It is translucent, making internal inspection easy. It is suitable for users who require large volumes. It achieves high electrical insulation and waterproof performance with simple work. Once the gel is filled, it blocks moisture, preventing internal condensation. It can be widely used in various industries and fields. By mixing and injecting it into connection points of electrical equipment, the performance of these connections can be easily enhanced. It can be filled in junction boxes or pull boxes to prevent water ingress and corrosion due to internal condensation in critical equipment. Since the main agent and curing agent are mixed and injected in the necessary amounts, it can be used completely, making it economical. The mixing time is only 30 seconds, after which it can be injected into the target object. Being silicone-based, it has high heat resistance and long-term reliability. By using Jumbo Gel, electrical connection points can be protected from water, dust, foreign matter intrusion, and moisture ingress for an extended period, regardless of whether they are new or existing installations.
