The LED sign "Acrylic Zero Channel Side Emission" uses a special luminous resin for its light-emitting surface. The minimum width of the light-emitting surface can accommodate from 10mm, and it is finished with painting, sheet application, and R-edge processing. Additionally, there are no seams in the letters, making them structurally superior. Since there is no need for mold production, we can flexibly accommodate everything from one-off pieces to mass-produced items, achieving a quick turnaround time of 1 to 2 weeks. Furthermore, production is possible from a minimum size of 100mm square, and it can easily create both straight and curved forms in a Mincho typeface.
