Joyo Factory (Joyo City, Kyoto Prefecture) ◇ Construction Date: September 2017 ◇ Construction Area: 2,445 m² ◇ Substrate: ALC 【Customer's Issues and Requests】 ◆ We want the exterior wall of the ALC substrate building to be a white wall that does not discolor or get dirty over a long period. ◆ We want a wall surface that does not have dirt from rainwater coming from openings or the wall surface. 【Adoption Background】 ◇ This building is part of an expansion plan for a building that our company fully renovated a few years ago, and the client requested construction with the same specifications. ◇ The reduction of life cycle costs was also an important reason for adoption. 【Selection Points】 ◆ By applying the highly waterproof "Environmental Hamaflex-S" to the substrate, we prevent water leakage from the wall surface. ◆ The Hamacast exterior material uses inorganic ceramic materials, ensuring it does not discolor for a semi-permanent period. ◆ The top coat, which has high weather resistance and durability, possesses hydrophilicity, maintaining the beauty of white marble for a long time due to its high dirt resistance. ◆ As a long-lasting product, it significantly reduces LCC (life cycle costs).
