The "RES-P Method" is a foundation reinforcement technique for residential buildings that strengthens the ground and prevents settlement by driving pipes (thin steel pipes) into weak soil, utilizing the combined effects of the soil and the pipes. It has obtained the Building Technical Performance Certification Evaluation from the Japan Building Disaster Prevention Association [Performance Evaluation No. 04-02].
