To customers who have been using the electric snow melting network for over 10 years.
Is the electric snow melting net you are currently using being inspected regularly? The lifespan of the electric snow melting net varies depending on the manufacturer and installation conditions, but it is generally around 10 years. As it deteriorates, the insulation covering may peel off or it may become unusable due to disconnection in some homes. Basically, it is installed at a high location, making it difficult to check, but if it is visible from a window, please particularly check if the connectors are damaged. For nearby locations, we can conduct inspections using drones or visual checks by workers, and in case of defects or failures, we accept orders for replacements and installation work. Please make sure to check it at least once before the heavy snowfall begins.

Road heating: hot water-based snow melting, Ojiya City, Niigata Prefecture.
We installed road heating (snow melting on the road) at Mr. O's residence in Ojiya City. Although Mr. O is still quite young, he requested our service because it is difficult to clear snow in front of the entrance after it gets dark in the evening. I often feel that many people consult us about road heating after experiencing knee or back pain as they age, saying "I've reached my limit." However, I would actually recommend this system more to the working-age generation in their 30s to 50s. As this year's construction is approaching a time when it becomes difficult to pour concrete, why not consider it for the next fiscal year?

Underfloor heating equipment renewal work
Our company also investigates the condition of existing systems for equipment installed by other companies and assists with their maintenance, repair, and upgrades. This time, we replaced the heat source and circulation pump for the floor heating system at a senior welfare facility in Iiyama City, Nagano Prefecture. Since the work was done on a day when the facility was in operation, we were careful with the comings and goings, but there were no major troubles, and the project was completed successfully. We also replaced the circulation fluid (antifreeze) in the piping with new fluid, and aside from the pipes hidden under the floor and within the walls, we were able to make most of the system new.
