In North Vietnam's snowmelt, we have several users who run stores to ensure that customers who have had stoves installed can purchase pellet fuel nearby. This time, we visited the pellet retailer "Kamimori Shita" in Uonuma City for fuel delivery. We have been working with them since 2018, entering our fifth season. It seems that many people, including those who did not have their stoves installed by us, come to visit. This time, we have 160 bags, so we parked a 2-ton truck next to the warehouse behind the building, which serves as a storage facility, and pulled a cart for horizontal movement close to the storage area.
