[Construction Example 4] Detached House Roof Snow Melting (Electric Heater Type, Exposed Method)
Measures limited to the north side of the large roof! Installing a heater net afterwards to effectively prevent the formation of snow eaves.
We would like to introduce a case study of roof snow melting (electric heater type, exposed method) for detached houses. After more than 25 years since construction, we received a consultation about wanting to take measures to prevent snow eaves from falling due to the neighboring house being built. Since the request was to only take measures on the north side of the large roof, we installed a lightweight heater net afterwards, successfully preventing the occurrence of snow eaves. With a capacity of about 300W/m2, we combined it with a type of controller that allows easy adjustment of the "remaining snow processing operation time" in case of any leftover melting snow, which has been very useful.
