[Construction Case 14] Elderly Complex Facility Road Surface Snow Melting (Hot Water Type, Buried Method)
Adoption of warm water snow melting construction! It does not hinder the parking and stopping of user shuttle vehicles, and also reduces the labor of the manager.
We would like to introduce a case study of surface snow melting (hot water type, buried method) at a senior complex facility. In the construction of a multi-purpose facility that includes serviced housing for the elderly, day services, and childcare support, surface snow melting was planned to avoid hindering the parking and stopping of user transport vehicles and to reduce the labor of the facility manager. Due to the difficulty of securing sufficient water volume for large-scale sprinkling of snow melting in a building facing a national highway, and considering that finishing the area from the parking lot to the approach in a dry condition would be more user-friendly, a hot water type snow melting system was adopted.
