[Construction Case 17] General Hospital Roof Snow Melting (Electric Heater Type, Exposed Method)
A design that allows for module-level replacement in case of future damage! This enhances the system's robustness.
We would like to introduce a case study of roof snow melting (electric heater type, exposed method) installation. When constructing a new radiation therapy building on the grounds of a general hospital, we planned measures against snow eaves that were a concern for the flat roof perimeter. As a countermeasure against scattering due to strong winds, we adhered a special rubber-based adhesive to the parapet cap surface, and on the flat roof surface, we installed it in a linked manner using brackets, creating a string of beads.
