Manufacturer Introduction: Borås Cotton Founded in 1870 in the city of Borås, Sweden, this textile manufacturer gained popularity in Japan in the 1970s thanks to the innovative designs of emerging designer Sven Fristedt. The timeless and vibrant works embody Nordic design while also possessing a hint of Japanese atmosphere, making them very well-received and popular. In recent years, they have garnered attention with new releases in collaboration with Lisa Larson and by reviving popular patterns from the 1970s.
