Alcia [DR] is a shutter-style garage with a simple and high-quality design. It minimizes unnecessary elements and features a beautifully contoured curtain board with rich shadows and a clear, stable structure. The standard high-speed shutter opens approximately twice as fast as conventional models, reducing the hassle of entering and exiting the vehicle. It can be opened and closed with a remote control, and two transmitters are included for each shutter. The standard equipment also includes a shutter case that effectively prevents rainwater intrusion and snow from blowing in due to the shutter's roll-up, as well as a roof with condensation-reducing material to minimize condensation. There are three grades to choose from: Type A, which offers excellent cost performance as a standard option; Type B, which includes a louvered ceiling and inner wall at the back; and Type C, which features a louvered ceiling, inner walls throughout the entire interior, two fixed windows, and a panel for installing a ventilation fan. You can select based on the number of vehicles to store and the desired space. The design pays attention to detail, including a lever handle on the frame door for excellent operability.
