Proposal for Air Conditioning Drain Pipe Testing Methods - From Water Pressure Testing to Air Pressure Testing - Traditionally, the only method for quality confirmation after the installation of air conditioning drain pipes was water flow testing. However, incidents of leakage at connection points have occurred, leading to an increase in the implementation of full water tests. Nevertheless, these methods often struggle to detect minute leaks and require significant effort for water preparation and treatment necessary for testing. Moving forward, to streamline operations on-site, we believe that a high-precision "waterless testing method" using the latest "digital pressure recording inspection device" will be effective. Ishiguro Co., Ltd. proposes a new testing method using a pressure insertion integrated testing jig (air seal tester) and a test closure valve, which allows for simple and quick air pressure testing of drain pipes.
