Assisting with BPR (Business Process Reengineering) at construction sites! "Summary-kun"
Distribute by construction area and deliver products and processed items for use on site all together!
BPR (Business Process Reengineering) at Construction Sites 1. Reduction of on-site burdens in the construction industry (time spent searching for equipment and materials)! 2. Reduction of non-value-added activities (wasted time such as rework and waiting)! 3. One-stop delivery not only for inventory items but also for processed products! 4. Optimal for material transportation and management on-site!
basic information
By using delivery boxes instead of cardboard, we significantly reduce waste generated on-site. This also leads to a reduction in transportation and material management costs. Utilizing consolidated deliveries allows for fewer trips. 1. Daily deliveries of progress items ➔ By consolidating deliveries by area and level every 1-2 weeks, we can reduce the number of receiving instances from 4-9 times for a 5-day operation. Normally, after unloading from a flatbed truck, the items are inspected and placed on a cart for the site ➔ sorted by area in a different location ➔ and then transferred to shelves for management, which can be omitted. 2. Items outside the commercial flow are also delivered together through the transportation business. Trucks waiting for delivery to the same area on the same day are consolidated.

Applications/Examples of results
By consolidating related materials outside of the commercial flow and delivering them grouped by area, we can reduce sorting time on-site while simultaneously decreasing the number of trucks, CO2 emissions, and delivery frequency.
